A few things to agree on.
Petit Desk provides a mini website builder, planning workspace and enquiry inbox. These terms apply when you use the service. For help, contact hello@petitdesk.com.
Your account and your work
Use accurate account details, protect your sign-in information and invite only people you want in your workspace. You are responsible for what you and your team upload, publish and send through the service. You keep ownership of your original content and give Petit Desk permission to store, process and display it as necessary to provide the features you choose.
Publishing a mini website
Your chosen address must be available and pass our naming rules. Offensive, misleading, impersonating and reserved names can be refused or withdrawn. An available name does not grant trademark rights or prove that you have permission to use someone else’s name.
Publishing makes your selected website content public. Check your links, contact details and image permissions before publishing. You can continue editing a draft separately. Unpublishing removes the active public page, although copies made by visitors or search engines may remain outside our control.
Plans and domains
Free includes one mini website, a solo planner with up to three boards, an enquiry inbox and 100 MB of file storage. Whitelisted includes one mini website, up to five workspace members, 30 boards, 1 GB of storage, custom domain connection and removal of the Petit Desk footer.
The listed Whitelisted price is £9 per month or £90 per year. Before any payment, checkout shows the amount, billing interval and applicable renewal, cancellation and refund details. Choosing a plan or asking about an upgrade does not itself take payment.
The included free address is a subdomain such as yourname.petitdesk.com. A custom domain is bought separately from a registrar. You must own or control a domain before connecting it to an eligible plan. Domain registration fees and renewal remain your responsibility.
Using the service fairly
Do not use Petit Desk for unlawful content, scams, harassment, impersonation, malicious downloads, spam or infringement of another person’s rights. Do not attempt to access another workspace or bypass security, storage or plan limits. We may restrict an account or unpublish a website to investigate abuse or protect the service. Contact us if you believe a restriction was made in error.
Your visitors and customers
You are responsible for the products, services, claims and external links on your website, as well as your dealings with visitors. An enquiry is a message rather than a completed booking, purchase or payment. If you collect personal information, provide your customers with the information they need about how you use it. External shops, video platforms and other linked services have their own terms.
Availability, backups and leaving
Keep copies of important work using the export features available to you. Features may change, and interruptions or errors can happen. No specific uptime commitment is currently offered.
To request account closure, deletion or help retrieving your work, email hello@petitdesk.com from your account address. For a paid plan, follow the cancellation details shown in your checkout and account. These terms do not remove any statutory rights that apply to you.
Changes and questions
Changes to these terms will be recorded on this page with an updated date. Read our privacy notice for information about account and workspace data. Questions about these terms can be sent to hello@petitdesk.com.
